Warm Up:

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
Min 1: 5 Kettlebell Ground To Overhead (One Arm L)s, 70/53 lbs
Min 2: 5 Kettlebell Ground To Overhead (One Arm R)s, 70/53 lbs

Log Result
WOD:

For 4 cycles:
AMRAP in 4 mins of:
20 Double Unders
10 Sit-ups
5 Burpees

Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
