20 Deadlifts, 275/185 lbs

20 Strict Pull-ups

20 Overhead Lunges, 135/95 lbs
Run, 200 m
20 Incline Push-ups
Run, 200 m

Lunge in place. 1 step is one rep.
Incline push up is done with feet on a 20″ box.
