The CrossFit Scranton staff focus on a no frills approach to training which is physically demanding, mentally taxing, and yet incredibly rewarding. Each technique is introduced at the beginner level to all athletes and is built upon through practice and coaching. Our workouts incorporate every element of fitness and are easily tailored to all fitness levels and ages.
We pride ourselves in creating a community environment in which all different levels of CrossFit athletes are here to support one another in all tasks assigned whether it be a brutal Workout of the Day or a technique focused session. Although many of our athletes have grown with CrossFit Scranton since its infancy we welcome any and all that thrive to work hard for a better future, one sure to be full of health and fitness.
