Kaitlin Marino, aka Supa; CrossFit Scranton Coach, was in search of a fitness program that was both challenging and rewarding. She trained in a traditional gym setting on her own for years lifting weights, running and spinning. Boot camps, aerobics, yoga and pilates all made the list of exercise workouts attempted but nothing encompassed all aspects of fitness the way she would have liked.
In September 2010, her friend and CrossFit Scranton athlete, Keith Rutkowski, introduced her to the world of CrossFit. With the guidance of Tom Casey and the CrossFit community, Kaitlin found just what was missing in previous workout regimens, the drive and push challenging her both physically and mentally to her limits. She describes CrossFit as her “Daily Therapy,” and a place allowing you to work hard, stretch your boundaries and have fun.

Kaitlin became a Level 1 Certified Trainer in May 2011 and looks forward to coaching the athletes of CrossFit Scranton. She is grateful and proud to be a part of this community.
