Begin the workout with Thrusters
Clock starts with the barbell on the floor

1 min Snatch m:135lbs f:95lbs
Run 200 meters
Each round will be 4 minutes.
Rest the remainder of the round once the run is complete.
Score is total reps of Rope Climb and Snatch.
